At Pluscare Homes, we provide an Elder Care programme that facilitates
- Assisted Living
- Dementia and Alzheimer Care
- Nursing Care
- End of Life Hospice Care
Persons living with memory impairment including various stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s require constant attention and care. Caring for these family members at home is demanding and providing the ideal level of care at home may be challenging.
At Pluscare Homes, we have first-hand experience with dealing with persons living with memory impairment in our own homes. Hence, we understand the needs of these persons and have designed a person-centred “Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care Programme” to cater to the needs of these elders.
Families can choose between various programmes including
- Short-term / Respite Care
- Long- term Care
- Day Care
Families can choose the Short-term Respite Care or Long-term Care depending on your requirements. The elders will be cared for by an experienced team of nurses, elder-care assistants, therapists and provided timely freshly cooked meals and medications. Alternatively, in the Day Care Programme, elders are welcomed from 8 – 10 am in the morning and can be picked up in the evening before 8 pm. The Day Care Programme will be especially useful for working family members who are not comfortable leaving their elders alone at home or with domestic help.
Elders enrolling for these programmes choose to have a single room or share a room with another person. All rooms offer luxury amenities, full service accommodations, an on-site restaurant, and the highest level of personalised service. The well-appointed rooms are fitted with all modern amenities including air-conditioning, television and Wi-Fi as standard equipment. A special programme designed in consultation with a Geriatric Psychiatrist will be conducted on a daily basis to improve the physical and mental health of the elders.
